Women's Summit
Founded in 2022, the Horse Racing Women’s Summit (HRWS) has grown into a movement gathering national attention. The inaugural multi-day summit at Santa Anita Park and subsequent events brought together people from all facets of the horse racing industry. We believe that engaging, elevating and investing in women will transform horse racing and we look forward to continuing our mission to inspire Summit members to be trailblazers.

2024 HRWS Keynote Speaker
HRWS is thrilled to announce that Katie Goodman will be the keynote speaker for the 2024 Summit, which will be held Sept. 25-27 in Arcadia, CA!
An award-winning comedian, author and international speaker, Goodman has quite literally written the book on using improv comedy to improve your life. With over 20 years of experience training and speaking, Goodman has taught over 30,000 people how to use the tools of improv comedy - touching on topics such as staying present, being flexible, and authenticity - to navigate the unknown and tackle the challenges in their lives. We look forward to sharing Katie's unique approach with attendees in September!
